Through Stripe
Supporter is $5 a month or $40 a year. Gems are 100 for $1, from $5. Stripe sells on Fretfall's behalf, so your statement shows a charge beginning LINK.COM*. No card is ever kept by Fretfall.
When you leave
Stop any time, on your Supporter page. You keep everything until the paid period ends; then the cloud Library is Locked, downloadable for 30 days.
Never hostage
Every file in your cloud Library downloads unchanged, any time, and for 30 days after you stop. Your practice record follows you for free.
Limits you set
Gems are capped at $100 a month unless you set less, on the Gems page. 18 and over to buy.

What a Musician asks before trusting a free thing with their files.

Is it really free?
Yes, for good. Playing the Catalog and your own files, every control of the Player, scoring, the trainers and your Practice record are free, and nothing you play is ever behind a payment. Two things cost money: a Library in the cloud, for Supporters, and Gems, for looks.
Do I need an account?
Not to play. Without one, your Library and your Practice record stay in this browser. A free account, your email and a sign-in code with no password, takes your Plays, Statuses and Setlists to every device.
Where are my files?
On your device. A free Musician's files are never uploaded; a Supporter's also go to the cloud, up to 50 MB a file, where nobody else can play or download them, Fretfall's admin included.
Can money buy Fame or a Level?
No. Fame comes from practice and nowhere else, so a Level and a place on a Board mean what they say. Gems buy looks, at 100 for $1, and never anything random.
What if I stop being a Supporter?
You keep everything until the period you paid for ends. Then your cloud Library is Locked: for 30 days you can still download every file, unchanged, and after that the files are deleted. Your Practice record goes on following you.
Does it score my playing?
If you ask it to. The microphone listens while you play and the Run is scored on your device; nothing of the sound leaves it. Without the microphone, Fretfall shows you what to play and remembers what you practised.
How long should I practise?
Ten or twenty minutes a day is plenty. The Streak counts days of five minutes or more, forgives one rest day a week, and never takes anything away for a missed one.
